Office Manager

Work experience: 1-2 years. Full-time employment

  • Managing the working calendar/schedules

Business Assistant

Required work experience: 1-3 years. Full-time job.

We are looking for a highly qualified assistant to provide professional assistance and support to clients and the company manager. Requirements include fluent English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting and assisting clients (in English only)
  • Managing and maintaining appointments schedule by planning, booking and scheduling meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements
  • Reviewing, planning and making all necessary travel bookings and arrangements, including Visa support, passports and other documents applications (if needed) for clients and the company manager, including family and friends
  • Preparing and processing necessary correspondence, emails, messages and drafting relevant documents
  • Welcoming guests and visitors by greeting them in person or via telephone, answering or referring inquiries as appropriate
  • Maintaining and managing sensitive and confidential information; performing any relevant duties related to business assistance
  • Organizing and participating in person in business trips around the country

Back Office Sales Manager

° Lady 21 - 35 years old
° Higher or incomplete higher education
° Fluency in English-Italian, English-Turkish, English-Chinese, English - Spanish (one of the listed pairs)
° Preferred sales experience above 1 year in equal position
° Willingness to learn, focus on priority and tasks-solving oriented
Conditions:
° Fixed Salary (in USD) + bonus system related to achieving qualitative and quantitative targets
° Working schedule: 5-days per week, from 10:00 am -7:00 pm, available for extra-time in case of necessity
° Non recurrent business travels are not to be excluded

Duties:
° Receiving and managing orders
° Placing orders for production, coordinating the lead time & delivery to customer
° Monitoring payments
° Maintaining CRM data base, including regular contacts by phone and/or mail
° Search and contact potential new customers by mailing list and direct calls
° Participation in exhibitions abroad
